Cancellation Policy

Most costs, such as match tickets, meals and other expenses, are paid by the organizer two weeks before the conference starts. After this time, these expenses are non-refundable.
If canceled no later than two weeks before the start of the course, the full amount will be refunded. If canceled after this time, 50% of the course fee will be refunded, but the match ticket will not be refunded.
